The best baby tracker apps in 2026, compared

The best baby tracker app depends on your phones, on what you want to track and on whether two of you are caring for the baby. For a couple on iPhone, Caasi is the one to try first: it's the only app in this comparison that brings together a log shared in real time, a breast milk stash tracked batch by batch and starting solids. The nine other apps follow, with what each one does best.

Our pick: Caasi

Caasi is built for two parents from the first minute:

  • One log, in real time. A bottle logged by one parent shows up right away on the other's phone. A nap started on one phone ends on the other: whoever gets home sees the baby has been asleep for 40 minutes.
  • Shared reminders. A reminder checked off by one parent is checked off for both, and nothing rings on the other phone: no more double dose of vitamin D.
  • Your breast milk stash, batch by batch. Every pumping session becomes a numbered batch, in the fridge or the freezer. Caasi tracks each batch's use-by time, recalculates it when the batch is thawed, and updates the stash when a bottle is given from it.
  • Starting solids. Over 100 illustrated foods, how baby liked each one, reactions, and allergens tracked week after week. The list of foods tried can be sent to daycare in one tap.
  • Baby's whole day. Bottles prefilled with the last amount, a nursing timer one side at a time, pumping, naps and nights, diapers, weight and height.
  • Ounces or milliliters. Caasi follows your iPhone's region (ounces, pounds and inches in the US), and each unit can be changed in Settings.
  • Offline, no judgment, no ads. Everything is saved on the phone first, then synced. Your baby is never compared to a reference chart, only to your baby. Data hosted in Europe, never sold.
  • No imposed roles. Two moms, two dads, or a solo parent who'll invite someone later.

Good to know: Caasi is on iPhone, and tracks one child per family for now.

How do you choose a baby tracker app?

  • Sharing between parents. Real-time sync, how the other parent joins, shared ongoing sessions and reminders: apps differ a lot here (see baby tracker apps for both parents).
  • What you need right now. Pumping and a milk stash, starting solids or nap predictions are only offered by some apps.
  • Your data. The privacy label on the App Store listing shows whether the developer declares "Data Used to Track You", meaning data used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, often for advertising.
  • Your phones. Some apps only run on iPhone, others share the log between iPhone and Android.
  • Growth charts or not. Many trackers compare weight and height to WHO or CDC percentile charts. If you'd rather not compare your baby to a reference, check before you start.

Frequently asked questions

What's the best baby tracker app for both parents?

Caasi is built for it: every entry logged by one parent shows up right away on the other's phone, a nap started by one ends on the other's phone, and a reminder checked off by one is checked off for both. Huckleberry, Baby Tracker, Sprout Baby and ParentLove also share tracking, and run on Android too.

Is there an app to track a breast milk freezer stash?

Yes. Caasi tracks the stash batch by batch, in the fridge and the freezer, for both parents, in the same app as bottles, naps and diapers. My Milk Stash, DairyBar, Pump Log and TinyTracks also track a stash, as does ParentLove with Milk Bank and Medela Family for owners of its pumps. Huckleberry, Nara Baby and Sprout Baby don't mention one.

Does Huckleberry track a breast milk stash?

Not as of October 20, 2026: Huckleberry logs pumping sessions, but a milk stash isn't mentioned on its App Store listing or in its help center.

Which baby tracker apps work on iPhone and Android?

Huckleberry, Baby Tracker, Sprout Baby, Nara Baby, Glow Baby, ParentLove, Baby Connect, Baby Daybook and Napper exist on both. Caasi and Pump Log are on iPhone.
